Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Contactless self check-in. Key pickup is available at the building entrance.
- Arrival instructions will be provided after booking.
- From the underground parking garage, use the elevator or stairs to go up 2 levels to the condo entrance. From outdoor parking, go down a few steps, then up one level via elevator or stairs to the condo entrance. The condo is a single level inside.
Property Access
- Elevator access is available. If the elevator is out of service, one flight of stairs is required to reach the condo. The condo is single level inside.
Parking Information
- Free parking onsite.
- One reserved, assigned space in the underground garage. Additional outdoor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Limit to one vehicle if possible. Trailers and oversized/wide vehicles may not fit. 4WD/AWD and good tires recommended in winter conditions.
Transportation and Shuttles
- In ski season, the HOA provides a private shuttle to and from the Gondola Transit Center.
- Free city buses with stops within approximately 150 meters of the building.
- The ski area base and mountain village area are walkable from the property.
- Shuttle services are available for out-of-town activities. A car may not be necessary except for travel to remote locations.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age to rent: 30 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No pets allowed (max pets: 0).
- A Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided after booking and must be signed within 72 hours and prior to occupancy.
- Rental Agreement, House Rules, and/or Terms and Conditions must be reviewed during booking. Additional information and identification documents may be requested. Background checks may be performed or required by law.
- A credit card and/or refundable security/damage deposit may be required.
- Rates are based on specific group size. Group size must be entered accurately at booking. Changes may affect rates and security deposit requirements.
Fees and Payments
- The standard cleaning fee covers final cleaning after departure.
- For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
- Some properties may charge a High Occupancy Fee for larger groups.

- Deadbolts present on doors.
- Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are installed on the exterior of the property, positioned to cover entrances and exits.
